Ordering, OEM & wholesale

Does SpinForge sell to consumers?

No. We are a B2B supplier for record shops, furniture and home retailers, audio and turntable brands, distributors and e-commerce sellers. Consumers should buy from our customers’ retail channels.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on material, finish, branding and packaging. Mixed orders across categories are welcome — see wholesale and the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.

Can I put my own brand on the products?

Yes. Logos (engraved, printed or on a metal badge), custom finishes, printed sleeves, branded cleaning-kit boxes and retail packaging are covered in our OEM & private label program.

Are your products certified?

We do not display certification badges or publish test data on this site. Tell us what your market requires (for example composite-wood or material documentation) and we confirm on the quotation what can be provided for your order.

How fast do you reply to inquiries?

Typically within 24 hours on working days. Use the inquiry form.

What is the minimum order for private label?

MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on how much is customized — a stock design with your logo starts lower than custom sizes, finishes or printed retail boxes.

Can I mix furniture and accessories in one order?

Yes. Mixed containers of stands, storage, sleeves and care kits are common.

Who owns the designs?

Your brand artwork remains yours. Ownership of custom designs and tooling is agreed per project.

Do you have price tiers?

Yes, pricing is tiered by quantity per SKU and confirmed on quotation.

Can you ship to my warehouse?

Shipping terms are agreed per order; FOB is typical, other terms can be discussed.

Which markets do you serve?

This site focuses on the US market; we also quote other destinations. Tell us your market and its requirements.

How do I get a catalog?

Request it through the inquiry form with your business details.

Record Player Stands

What is the difference between a record player stand and a turntable stand?

The terms overlap. We use “record player stand” for furniture that combines a turntable top with LP storage, and “turntable stand” for compact stands, side tables and platforms focused on height and stability.

How many records can a record player stand hold?

It depends on the shelf width. As a planning figure, about 6 single LPs fit per inch of shelf width, so a 26-inch shelf holds roughly 150 LPs. Capacity is confirmed per design.

Do you ship stands flat-packed?

Yes, most stands ship knock-down with a hardware pack and instructions; assembled units can be quoted for retail fixtures.

Can you match a stand to our turntable?

Yes — send the turntable footprint and we size the top, height and cable routing around it.

Vinyl Record Storage

How should vinyl records be stored?

Upright, supported so they do not lean, away from direct sun and heat sources, and in inner and outer sleeves. Storage should be sized so jackets are not squeezed.

Do you make storage for 7-inch singles?

Yes — boxes, crates and shelf inserts can be sized for 7-inch singles, 10-inch records or mixed formats.

Can I mix cabinets, crates and boxes in one order?

Yes, mixed orders across the storage range are common and help fill containers.

Vinyl Record Sleeves

What is the difference between inner and outer record sleeves?

The inner sleeve holds the disc inside the jacket; the outer sleeve goes over the whole jacket to protect the artwork from wear and dust.

PE or PP outer sleeves — which should we stock?

PE is softer, slightly hazy and economical; PP is clearer and crisper. Many shops stock PE for bulk use and PP for premium or display.

Are poly-lined inner sleeves anti-static?

They are commonly sold as anti-static. We build the construction you specify but do not publish anti-static test values unless measured for your order.

Can you print our label artwork on paper inner sleeves?

Yes, printed paper inner sleeves are available; print and paper are confirmed per SKU.

Record Care

Can we sell a kit without cleaning fluid?

Yes. Many buyers source fluid locally and ask for a dry kit (brushes, cloth, case) plus an empty bottle or none at all.

Do you provide safety data sheets for fluids?

Fluid formulation, labeling and SDS are configured to comply with the buyer’s market regulations and confirmed per order on the quotation.

Record Display

What is the most popular record display product?

Wall-mounted display ledges and front-opening vinyl record frames are the most common retail SKUs; “now playing” stands are popular add-ons.

Do you make display fixtures for record shops?

Yes — front-facing display shelves and racks can be quoted to a store’s dimensions and finish.
